Job Description/Requirements
- Support meeting of area expansion and new branch opening.
- Checking branches operational processes.
- Branch expenses approval.
- Preparing for budget.
- Design for training programs for operational processes to train all staff and clients.
- Coordination with township administration office and other organization.
- Management to loan fund and saving.
- Submitting to HOO field visit report.
- Management and participate monthly and weekly team meeting.
- Management fund, staff and administrative.
- Problem solving of community level and staff.
- Prepare Business Plan.
- Prepare of monthly progress report.
- Survey for disburse, dropout ,dormant, new extension area.
- Responsible to present all office documents as required during auditing period.
- Prepare of client and village recruitment plan.
- Established respectful relationship with local leaders authorities.
- Management to all branches to get fully disburse target.
- Manage all processes of microfinance and support to Senior Management Team.
