Supervisor - Eng. (utility operation and maintenance)

Qualification level of a Degree holder in business or equivalent. Minimum (3) years of working experience in the related field. (soft development industry) Employment Location: Yangon Report to: Manager (Business Development Department) Working Day: Monday – Friday

Qualification level of a Degree in Business Management or equivalent. Minimum (3) years of working experience with international profit/non-profit organization. Working together with foreign company's Business Development team. Able to travel to the Project Site and abroad as needed (Mandatory) Employment Location: Yangon

Prepare profit & loss statement balance sheet and financial reports. Check revenue & costs, financial commitments. Perform daily taxation work and accounting work and Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Business connect with the local government of Myanmar and related institutions; Prepare and maintain contract documents. Relevant contract negotiation and commercial public relations;

interact with the Environmental Protection Bureau during the construction period. Responsible for various environmental protection permits during the construction period. Assist environmental monitoring agencies to conduct evaluations and submit reports. Responsible for the construction quality and progress of environmental protection facilities.

Contract Management, proposing solutions and Project Management teams to support contract compliance.Commercial negotiation with Government Departments, Agent, other Companies etc.

1.Prepare profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet and other financial reports. 2. Check Revenue & Costs, Financial Commitments. 3. Perform a variety of tasks, work under general supervision. 4. Report to chief accountant. 5. Perform daily taxation work and accounting work.

Assist admin manager to ensure proper maintenance of office. Provide support including data-entry, recording, printing, filing duties and editing documents, keeping stock of stationary supplies. To carry out the translation and administration process in an efficient manner.
