Job Descriptions
- Checking, approved Claim (Payment, Receipt, JV) Vouchers within company policy and
procedure., - Checking, prepare monthly debtor ageing, Sales and Stock Report, Debit Note, Credit Note,
bank reconciliation, detail payable, receivable, accrual, prepaid, advance
outstanding reports - Assist to Account Manager/Chief Accountant
- Keep timely update of required documents and proper documentation
- Duties assigned by department manager.
Job Requirements
- B.Com / B.Act / B.A (Eco) degree holder, preferred Diploma in Accounting LCCI - Level- 3
- Experience of (2) year in Accounting field
- Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in financial statement
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to travel if necessary
- Communicate with relevant departments, business units & branches.
- Age under 35 years
