1. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The Stock Controller, F&B will report directly to the Assistant Account Manager and serve on the Finance Department.
2. JOB SUMMARY
2.1 Preparing Daily sales invoices based on sales order of sales department.
2.2 Double checking with store team for daily sales invoice by weekly basis.
2.3 Preparing stock report by Excel for daily basis for YUFC Store and Retail store 1 & 2 based - software sales invoice and cash sales.
2.4 Analysis the stock Consumption of each Stock Item based on Analytical Review
2.5 Prepared stock report based on Accounting standard in Timely and directly report Assistant - Account Manager and Finance Manager.

4.1 Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and other diploma of Accounting.
5.1 Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with experience in related Accounting.
5.2 Knowledge of the Accounting and Computerized Accounting
5.3 Proof of previous work success.
6. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
6.1 Good communication and presentation skills are required; fluency in English
6.2 Command of negotiation skills;
6.3 Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to achieve all corporate objectives.
6.4 Strong network of connections is an asset
7. WORKING ENVIRONMENT
7.1 Environment: External Environment (PESTEL), Internal Environment (5 Forces)
Office &f Food and Beverage/ Hospitality environment. Standard hours must be maintained .Additional hours may be necessary to provide support for special functions related to the Organization success.
