Job Description:

• Assist in preparation of Financial packs and ensure timely closure of management report

• Monthly/Quarterly/half yearly/ Annual closing of books of accounts and prepares financial reports

• Assist Finance Manager in dealing with the external auditors to carry out annual external auditing

• Other Financial management duties assigned by Department Head

• Checking for the prepayment and accrual expenditures schedule and allocation

• Checking the accounting transactions in the system with matching concept 

• Checking the bank reconciliation report monthly

Job Requirements:

• Strong excel skills essential

• Strong experience building reporting packs and dashboards

• Analysis and insights

• Sourcing requirements and process mapping

• Good communication Skill and Interpersonal skill 

• CPA/ ACCA qualifications or working towards

• Strong systems experience ( SAP or other ERP software experience preferred )
