- Supporting all Administrative responsibilities of Company,
- Keeping the records in soft & hard copies,
- Filing all documents in details,
- Communicating with other departments depends on administrative matters,
- Performing the assigned Admin Duties by Management.
- Any graduated and additional certification in Administrative/ Office management is a plus,
- At least proven 2 years experience in a related field,
- Over 23 years old is preferred,
- Excellent in Microsoft Office & emailing,
- Can work under pressure & deadlines,
- Be good in organizational, social & interpersonal skills, etc.
