- Job Descriptions
- Welcome guests, visitors and usher to the relevant persons
- Internal and external dispatch, correspondence and tele communication
- Control stationery issue, inventory and replenish
- Update and monitor the schedule of utility supply of the plant and coordination with SEZ
- Prepare payment for the monthly utilities bill, pre & post telecommunication charges and internet subscription charges and media
- Local and expert visa, accommodation and transportation arrangement
- Prepare and estimate monthly budget expenses for HRA Department
- Upload and update employee daily attendance, leaves and absentees record
- Inspect and assign daily cleaning duty roaster and routine
- Receive and maintain the walk in CVs
- Ad hoc duties assigned by HRA Manager & Assistant Manager when necessary
Requirements
v Any Graduate
v Female only
v At least 1-year experience in related field.
v Age should be between 23-30
v Good communication, negotiation and presentation skill
v Well organized and cooperation in team work.
v Conversational English is added value and compulsory for MS Office.
v Well verse in Myanmar and English Typing skills
