• Upkeep of data, document, and file inventory.
• Support the office with administrative activities involving purchasing, maintenance, inventory and other office tasks.
• Manage repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
• Ensure quality in printing and photocopying of office documents, marketing materials, and other files.
• Track, maintain and update the Managers' visa procedures and secretarial tasks.
• Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels.
• Coordinate with the team for administrative tasks
• Maintain a constant stock of stationery and equipment such as marketing collateral and office supplies and consumables
• Handle applying, extending of company licenses and other documentation
