Setup weekly meeting with the team to discussion on admin and suggest solutions.
Prepared Monthly reports of admin work, and follow up on admin top task not revolved.
Payment management, include vehicle rental, fuel consumption, Driver overtime and car maintain etc.
Maintain continuity among corporate, division and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Submits of weekly report and monthly report to MD.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field.
Must be experience in above 5 years.
Must have problem solving, critical thinking, coaching interpersonal.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with budget planning.
Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunism.
