6S Office Management , English 4 skill (high command of English) , Chinese 4 skill or HSK-4 graduate. 5+years Experience in Admin & HR. Able to work with multi-racial colleagues from Overseas. Working experience in China / International company is a benefit. Good communication & organization skill.

3. Document Management: All kinds of documents /information/ Tender Documents
4. Vendor Management
5. Office various expense reimbursement management
6. Assist in Recruitment Activities, post recruitment advertisement,arrange interviews
7. Assist in Customer Relationship Management: Contact ,Making appointment, liaised with customer regarding sending quotations/Invoices/Contracts
8. Interpretation ,Translation ,Meeting Minutes
9. Organize Video Conference Call Meetings , Meeting Procedures
10. Supervise Attendance Clock in/out
