To train, build capacity and provide coaching for sales team

- Work closely with sales team to achieve overall business objectives and sales target
- Train, build capacity and provide coaching for sales team
- Follow up daily Sales people performance
- Prepare sales actions plan, targets and sales performance reports and review the sales activities against these criteria
- Provide sales support including sales support materials and etc
- Build and deepen relationship with branch managers and the bank sales employees
- Facilitate communication between bank front line sales and client’s internal team
- Attend weekly or biweekly meeting with senior people for production updates and marketing campaigns
- Monitor Compliance Management
- Assist Line Manager to make partnership agreement for new bank or non-bank distribution partners
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Banking
- Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Banks, Insurance or related
- industries as a Relationship Manager or in Customer Service
- Basic knowledge of Banking and insurance
