DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision and Coordination
Develop and manage field level operations to ensure adequate and efficient service
provision to project beneficiaries.
Develop and lead assigned project activities in all implementing project areas of
partners in line with FXB Myanmar Vision, Mission statement;
Responsible for performance management of the Field Monitors; Organize and
supervise the development and execution of Field Monitors work plans and
schedules, identify problems, and proposes solutions and budget.
Provide high level of technical advice for staffs for the quality implementation of the
project activities of partner organizations.
Work collaboratively with partner organizations and finance staff to prepare and
track the progress of project and activity budgets.
Assist the Program Manager in the development of strategic plans, work plans and
Prepare assessment report, quarterly and annual reports.
Contribute to the project’s monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure targets are
Organize and participate in advocacy meeting, project necessary meetings relevant
to project activities.
II. Strategy Development
Work in close collaboration with the FXB Management team to prepare future
directions and strategy of the project.
Work in close collaboration with other stakeholders, partner organizations and
donors for implementation activities and plans.
III. Human Resources Management
Take part in definition and update of their Job descriptions, recruitment process and
evaluation of their performance together with related supervisors;
Required Qualifications, Experience and skills/abilities:
University degree in the area of related field or Health, Development or Social
2 to 3 years’ experience working in a related program at the regional or Township
level including planning designing, budgeting, coordinating logistics and
Must have experience in Gender /SRHR related activities
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrated experience contributing meaningfully to the management and
coordination of a donor- funded initiative
Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks and short deadlines
