We are urgently looking for a person who has a related working experience in Agricultural Sales.

* Account management of distributors and retailers including sales planning, campaigns and execution in assigned region
* Strengthen and deepen the customer collaboration on long term by developing effective account plans and offerings
* Follow-up and analyze the customers, needs and satisfaction, market position and competition as well as plan actions accordingly
* Establish, manage and directs regional commercial team to achieve sales and profit goals
* Manage and direct Yara Crop Nutrition Expert team in collaboration with Chief Agronomist
* Provide training and development of sales team and customers
* Develop marketing plan, plan and coordinate activities in region
* Coordinate stakeholder relations in agricultural sector in assigned region
* Ensure all key account activities are delivered in compliance to Yara’s ethic framing and HESQ standards
Job Profile:
* Strong commercial approach and evidence of successful sales or account management
* University degree in business administration and/or in agronomy
* At least 4 years of working experience in Agri sales.
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Burmese
* Working knowledge of Windows Office applications – Power point, Word, Excel
* Strong interpersonal relationship, Good communication and listening skills
* Strong adherence to Ethics & Compliance standards
* Driving license class B for 4 wheels drive manual gear car is preferred.
