လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်သတ်မှတ်ချက်
· Implement management guideline by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policy and practice
· Assist and advice in conducting all human resource matter to senior management
· Manage to all employment process such as making employment contract, employee evaluation, confirmation, resignation, termination and staff welfare
· Plan, execute and deliver the recruitment process, starting from the job posting, shortlisting, screening, coordinating interviews the candidates
· Maintain and keep the employee personal record in a systematic way
· Work closely with senior management to ensure that the practice of performance management are being implemented and provide training and
coaching as needed
· Helps manager in designing and standardizing the employee policy manual and JD and personal specification
· Helps manager for compensation and benefits program
· Manage and solve employee inquiry, matter, problem and conflict
· Efficient coordination with other department head for ensuring compliance to policy, procedure and practice
· Asses training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
· Assist to operation team and audit team (Training and Performance appraisal etc.)
· Assist to Korea Basic Operation Course (BOC) learning and teaching for Store staff
Job Requirements
· Any graduate with Diploma in HRM or Certificate
· Age 35 and above
· Minimum 3 years and above experience in HRM management field
· Familiar with Myanmar labor law and practices
· Hands-on experience with HR Software
· Good leadership, communication, negotiation skill and interpersonal skills
· Good at problem-solving and decision making ability in complex workplace
· Good communication skills in English
· Proficiency in computer literacy
