The Corporate Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The Corporate Secretary reports to Board of Directors and is responsible for providing senior level management and clerical service for Board of Directors.
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Corporate Secretary Office.
1.Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
2.Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
3.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone call
4.Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence,
attach also appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring
5.Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
6.Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
7.Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
8.Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
9.Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
10.Provide services to partners, such as order placement and account information
1.Strong education background from a reputable University with at
least a Bachelor's Degree in any field or MBA (foreign or local)
2. At least 3 years of working experience (preferable overseas)
3.Fluency in spoken English and good English writing skills required.
4.Excellent MS Office skills; Advance Excel skills preferred
5.The incumbent must demonstrate the skills of Scheduling, Professionalism, Confidentiality and meticulousness
6.Dutiful performance of general office work is expected
7.Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
8.Shall possess problem solving skill, be able to think or her feet and react accordingly
9.Punctuality and good work ethic is essential
