· Responsible for development of Modern On Trade channel for imported products and achieving sales targets.
· Achieve the sales targets, strike rate, contribution rate across the outlets agreed with
· Build customer relationships, new customer acquisition, gathering customer feedback, etc.
· Develop and negotiate product listing in the menu, sales volumes in new Modern On
· Trade accounts in the assigned regions.
· Gather market and competitor information and brainstorm with line manger to compete in the market.
· Suggest effective product distribution plans based on the demands of the market.
· Identify and participate in product launches, promotion activities and events in the respective channel.
· Build trust with the customers by ensuring product availability, promotions, pricing and service quality.
· Coordinate with other departments involved any operation matters to ensure quality customer service.
· Any Degree Holder
· Diploma in Business Management/ Sales is preferred.
· Minimum experience of 4 -5 yrs. in Alco Beverage Industry (Modern On Trade) and having good relations with Restaurants, Bars, KTV’s, Clubs, etc.
· Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Local Language.
· Sound knowledge of creating documents in Power Point, Excel, Word etc…
· Commercial and brand knowledge
Negotiation skill on win-win solution and fluent in English 4skills.
· Can work under high pressure and presentation Skills
