Position - Assistant Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibility
- Managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
- Good relationship between organization and clients.
- Analyze and maintain the performance of sales team.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems.
- Provide guidance with customer disputes, pricing errors, cash handling, security etc.
- Checking final quotations and prices to ensure customer needs.
- Work with management team to ensure sales goals are met.
- Sharing technical knowledge and sales information.
- Skill & Competencies Requirement
- Any graduated with strong sales & marketing knowledge and experiences in engineering field.
- Age between 25 and 45
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Email.
- Fluent in English Language.
- At least 3 years sales experiences with generator or other electrical products .
- Professionalism, integrity, honesty, reliability passion for work, and accountability.
- Adaptable to company’s culture, policies and procedures.
- Able to motivate team members to achieve sales target.
- Excellence in conceptual skills and analytical skills, communications skills and negotiation skills.
- Can drive and be willing to go travel.
- Must be able to work on long term and work under pressure.
