Any graduate or bachelor degree.
MMust have Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.(MBA is more preferable)
Female , Age 30 Above.
· Minimum (5) years experience in Sales & Marketing field (Tyre Distribution is more preferable).
· Excellent and Creative Organizational Planning & Organizing,Information, Monitoring, Meeting Participation ,Training,Interpersonal,Analytical,Managing Work-Reporting.
· Understand customer and consumer portfolio of key channel so as to recommend relevant business strategies for the achievement of their business plan.
· Manage customer expectations from planning through execution to deliver profitable sales.
· Effectively communicate with different parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Meet targets on customer acquisition and product sales on monthly basis.
· Work with company management and external parties to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
· Can be used effectively the office application such as word, excel, powerpoint, PageMaker,.Etc.
· Consistently monitors and evaluates sales performance.
· Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill, reporting skill, cooperative, motivated, fast learner.
· Ability to motivate and lead a team.
· Team Player with proven ability to work under pressure.
· Understanding of Company's Product and Market.
· Perfect in Computer skill/English Speaking Skill.
· Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Management.
· Taking 100% Responsibility and accountability.
· Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure
