Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in Auto Parts Products and Market Knowledge
  • Manages customer relationships to achieve sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory
  • Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Sells Auto parts products and services by developing new prospects
  • Develops relationships to generate customer goodwill and loyalty
  • Make an important contribution to productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines
  • Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products
  • Able to leverage network of customer contacts to attain customer specific information that will provide useful in making informed business decisions and increase understanding of customer needs
  • Provides leadership and mentoring to less experienced sales representatives
  • Analyze Auto parts (stocks) usage to identify fast-moving parts and products
  • Source from independent Auto parts manufacturers who meet quality standards
  • Develop promotional campaigns and incentive programs
  • Right level of product knowledge to provide good service to internal and external customers
  • Build good relationships with customers
  • Meet customers to discuss their Auto parts requirements and agree terms, such as stock levels, discounts and delivery methods
  • Develop customized service levels, such as online ordering, dedicated stock, scheduled deliveries., etc.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing is preferable
  • Age under 45, Myanmar Nationality only
  • Specialized in Auto Unit having strong minimum 5 years experiences in OEM Market , Sales Budget & MIS, receivable management, RFQ for new or existing Auto parts, New products development, APQP, technical knowledge, apply
  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet and Myanmar and English Typing
  • Able to work under pressure, travel with short notice and pull overtime if needed
