Required Skills
Understanding the employee benefits landscape of your local city
Strong connection with the business community in your local city
Outgoing and exceptional at networking
Prior experience in cold calling, emailing is a plus
Good on the phone
Able to work remotely and good at time management
Natural ability to effectively communicate and sell would be a plus
Ability to work under pressure
Constant adaptation to training supported by the organization
Good with digital tools, spreadsheets, presentations, Gmail and so on
Role and Responsibilities
Research, reach out, set up appointments or video calls with potential clients
Find out the current compensation the majority of employees are getting for specific clients
Criteria check on the potential client
Conduct the initial sales meeting or video call alongside your supervisor
Ongoing sales related process, follow up, constant updates and so on
Closing the sales either with a yes or a no
Reporting on a weekly basis to your manager
