Job Highlights

• The branch manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch.

• Duties include managing and supervising employees, assisting customers, and providing excellent customer service.

• Monitor competitor activities (Products, Price, and Promotion).

• Develop strategies to ensure cost savings and supplier performance targets and met or exceeded.

• Ensure standardized display items for the shop.

• Change the display to promote new product launches and seasonal themes.


Duties and Responsibilities 

• Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed. 

• Review, monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

• Overview marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

• Managed daily operations, provided training and information to staff, reviewed market trends/competition, and established/implemented successful incentives.

• Evaluate conditions of the local market and determine new opportunities for sales.

• Perform the job according to the target goals of a company.

• Follow up or monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

• Manage employee and customer satisfaction issues on time.

• Build and maintain client relations.

• Managing and controlling day to day operations of all sales divisions.

• Manage to Area Distribution to be growth.

• Improve the reputation and presence of the branch.

• Stay current with the market and manage market reports.

• Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies. 

• Create performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.

• Ensure standardized display items for the shop.

• Able to manage sales targets achieve monthly and yearly.

• Manage and ensure the personal development of all subordinates.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged.

• Age between the Above 30 years.

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience or in the same position. ( Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics )

• proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.( Internet, Email)

• Must have good planning skills, organizing skills, and problem-solving skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership Skills.

• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

• Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large projects.

• Excellent knowledge of management techniques and practices.

• Focused on customer services.

• Willingness and ability to travel . ( If Necessary)

• Well, communicate in English and the local language.

Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and promotion programs & developing field sales action plans.


Customer and Personal Service — To have Effective communication that is the ability to convey thoughts and ideas in ways others can understand.
