- Direct all operational aspects such as distribution operations, customer service, administration, marketing and sales
- Responsible for managing the Sale team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and expanding company’s business.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present Sales, Operation revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Achieve growth and hit operations revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Achieve growth and hit operations targets by successfully managing the operation team.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new areas and competition status.
- Any degree holder (prefer Business related degree)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG or retail management companies
- At least 3 years of relevant experience or at the same position
- Age between (35 – 45) years
- Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality
- Well knowledge of using Microsoft office and numerical skill
