Any graduate and more preferable is Sales Management Diploma or MBA.
Age between 28 to 40 years.
At least 6 years in related field.
Must be Computer Literacy. (Word, Excel, Internet, Email).
Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving Skills, influencing Skills, Decision Making Skill and engagement skills.
Be active and clear communication with others.
Can travel if necessary.
Experience in Warehouse / Distribution / Logistics or related business fields.
Ensure satisfaction of all internal/external customers, as well as corporate interactions. Develop strong partnerships with all suppliers.
Manage and drive Sales target achievement of the Branch.
Build and maintain client relations.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer & Supplier relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Managing and controlling day to day operations of all sales divisions.
Able to handle all sales and marketing.
Lead and inspire large teams of people across all functions of the operation.
Coordination and Collaboration with related departments.
Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels.
Able to manage sales targets achieve monthly and yearly.
Manage and ensure the personal development of all subordinates.
Perform other duties as assigned or required by direct manager.
