The business development Cum Government Affairs Manager is be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. Responsible for managing corporate and government affairs for the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
· Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
· Leads the Team of Government incorporating and Liaise between Company and Government Organization.
· Creates policy proposals, maintains policies of legislations regarding with company and involves in making critical decisions.
· Seeking the scenario that will affect the organization and involve in managing staffs and Involve in financial matters.
· Plans and implements events and activities of Company and supports other administrative tasks
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
OTHER COMPETENCIES:
· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
· Strong Command of Business English
- Strong understanding of Myanmar government protocols in meetings and outreach.
Years of Experience:
· Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in dealing with government affairs.
Area/s of Experience:
· Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
· Prefers candidates who have telecom background
