- Manage a team in Agency channel.
- Help the team to learn the basics of Life Insurance and techniques of selling Life Insurance Products
- Plan and execute agent recruitment drives, onboarding and training.
- Drive team to achieve KPIs around business APE, activation, new agent onboarding and quality of business.
- Drive rewards and recognition program for team.
- Prepare sales execution plans, set targets and monitor sales performance reports
- Build strong professional relationships with agents and agency leaders to build an effective growing team
- Responsible for achieving daily, monthly, yearly targets of Sales & Agent acquisition
- Lay out performance improvement plan for underperforming agents and management associates
