· Conducts research to understand market trends to improve/adapt company strategy and to identify new market opportunities and potential strategic new partnerships mainly at Group level
· Designs strategy to capture all existing and future market potential to increase market share and revenues with key partnerships/accounts at Group level
· Develops customer solutions at product and service level driving cross functional teams to ensure final implementation
· Generates sales and service agreements with the identified partners ensuring terms alignment with impacted functions.
· Takes responsibility for the sales onboarding and sales initiation during and throughout the implementation period
· Develops and implement reporting on progress in relation to budgets and sales forecasts.
· Monitors competitors activities reporting back to Management including a proposed strategy to overcome possible impacts on business
· Supports Management in any strategic project developed
· Manages and develops Team member to ensure high level of performance and engagement
· Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
