Find New Distributor in assigned Area, Handle Relationship with Existing Distributor in the Area, Manage and Train Distributor Sales Force.
Have to report assigned area situation to Manager.
Create and Manage Way Plan for Distributor Sales Force, and supervise them to achieve sales target.
Cooperate with Distributor in assigned Region to achieve sales target.
Report and Support the company in managing assigned area.
Must have more than 3-year experience in distributors management from FMCG Industries.
Sales Knowledge Background and Way Plan management is essential.
Must be Fluent in English
Customer Relationship Management.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
