Job Description 

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as P & L, Balance Sheet & Trail Balance etc

Able to maintain accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions

Able to finish the assigned tasks within deadline

Able to manage & control income and expenditure 

Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected and complied 

Ensure to monitor and mentor the senior & junior accountants 

Able to supervise the day to day operation of the accounting

Able to have analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Understanding up to date Myanmar Corporate Laws, Taxes & Regulations 

Attention to detail 

Qualifications:

Age should be 35 years old & above

Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance, ACCA Part (III) or CPA is preferable

7 or more years of experience on Chief Accountant Position

Able to use various accounting software

Good Verbal, Written and Interpersonal communication skill in English

Proficient in Microsoft Advance Excel, Microsoft Word, Email & Internet

Prefer Previous Experience in Construction Materials Sector such as Deform Bars, Beams, Hollows, Wire Rods

Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:30

Working Days: Monday to Saturdays
