Client Service Executive (In Haus Services)

The key point of contact for day-to-day client servicing management and business development as well as development, implementation, and execution of marketing and other related service campaigns for current and new clients.

- Handles day to day administration of accounts (communication, contact reports, cost estimates, records management, projects list maintenance) through and with the assigned stakeholders and ensures timely execution of work.
- Understands clients’ requirements in functional as well as business aspects to qualify and close any growth opportunities.
- Generate campaign/project proposals, costing as well as critical path.
- Maintains and builds relationship with key individuals (project owners) at upper management level of client organization.
- Develop a thorough understanding of brands handled.
- Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns, prioritizes resources and keeps Client Service Manager, Client Service Lead, Country Manager, Client, and other stakeholders well informed of progress and changes.
- Takes the lead in interactive strategy development with the Client Service Manager, Client Service Lead and Country Manager.
- Assists in pitch or presentation requirements as needed.
- Business development and lead generation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any industry-related field.
- Proven working experiences as Client Service Executive.
- Proficiency in MS office, Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills.
