Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This position will have responsibility to assist Communication Coordinator for overall development
and implementation of the media and communication channel in Legal Clinic Myanmar. The
Communication Officer will have the following responsibilities;
Ensure to manage and developing of LCM website and Facebook pages;
Collaborate with operation team and management team to ensure that the LCM’s website
aligns with the strategy of social media platform;
Ensure to develop the social-media platform and implementing communications strategies;
Writing press releases and other media communications to promote LCM social media
platform;
Ensure to develop the systematically plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the
organization's website and pages;
Able to initiatives the online campaigns, events and other support activities which support
to be strong of LCM social media platform;
Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications
strategy based on our target audience;
Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content,
and other communications materials;
Support for IEC designing, and printing related with LCM operation;
Responsively respond to and troubleshoot all website issues;
Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures;
Ensure to Create appropriate website content aligned to the organization’s strategy;
Ensure to manage for website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans;
Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
Ensure to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy;
Ensue to define most important social media KPIs;
Strongly Manage and oversee social media contents;
Ensure to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools
and applications
Suggest and implement new features to develop for stringing in social media platform;
Able to seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the organization brand, and
coordinate publicity events as required;
Ensure to Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics;
Ensure responsible for assign by supervisor as requirement of programs or Organization.
Require Qualification and Skills
Myanmar National;
Any graduate or preferable in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related
qualification
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Essential in related field experience in NGOs/ INGOs at last 3 years is preferable;
Understanding of media literacy and media ethics;
Strongly interesting in develop to website, pages and IT and rule of law and justice;
Flexibility – ability to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural people, open minded
good communication skills, ability to listen diplomacy;
Respect and regard on related organizations, partner and stakeholder;
Strong organizational skills including time management;
Ability to multiple tasks under pressure;
Strongly in web developing and aware in using social media tools.
Fluency in English Language specially writing
