Description of the vacant position;
Key Objectives and Responsibilities in general;
Under the supervision of the Deputy Logistics Coordinator, S(he) provides logistics (Procurement and,
Logistics, technical) support and advice for efficiency and improvement of MAM operations clinics.
Administer all incoming requests from the all clinics and make sure deliver on time in collaboration with
the respective logistics procedures.
To follow up all local orders with the suppliers to ensure timely delivery and share the updated
information with requestor in case of delay.
In closed collaboration with (Clinics) Procurement Officer (Construction and Maintenance &
Repair) cases and whenever necessary and payment granted accordingly.
To manage and ensure transport and distribution of supplies within the timely and efficiently
Be the focal point to check for all compliance procurement procedures of Materials and
Labours (in Construction and Maintenance & Repair) such as SR, Quotations, Vouchers,
Goods & Services Received Notes, Payments, ect...
To make sure reports of Internal Audits from all clinics are received monthly, analyse and give
feedback to clinics as well as Logistics Coordinator and Deputy Logistics Coordinators if there
To follow up and make sure to implement the Maintenance Plan for MAM Buildings as per
schedules in closed collaboration with (Clinics) Procurement Officer
To prepare site reports and supervise construction work of foundation
Good computer skills, in particular of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Able to use Email.
Good command of English and Myanmar both written and spoken. Good at report writing in
Hard working, honesty, flexible in working hours, Ability to organize & priorities workload
independently, using initiative when appropriate, attention to details.
Several years of experience in similar role in procurement (construction materials), supply
chain management at international NGO or Business Company.
Driving experience up to 3-ton truck with valid driving license will be an advantage.
Ability to act as part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
