Job Descriptions:
-Build partnerships across key business stakeholders to understand consumer knowledge and other intelligence needs and drive customer centricity in all strategic planning discussions
-Develop the annual insights and research strategy aimed to establish a repertoire of insights for the organization to make more insights-driven decisions
-Integrate all research and data findings into a 360 view of the target consumer segments to help grow the customer base, build customer loyalty and increase brand relevancy
-Manage external suppliers to execute qualitative and quantitative research projects efficiently and within budgets
-Provide insights and research expertise to other marketing functional teams and help drive continued improvement in all multichannnel marketing or consumer engagement initiatives
-Advocate voice of consumers by sharing consumer insights through both written and verbal communication
Job Requirements:
-Expert knowledge in both traditional and innovative research methodologies and resourceful in locating market and competitive intelligence
-8+ years of relevant experience in retail industry
-Advanced skills in storytelling, research planning and project management and leveraging consumer insights to drive business results
