Job Description
- Check daily O&M spare part requests from vendors and counter check with Ware House stock and Service Center
- Follow up with O&M vendors for spare parts collection
- Track O&M spare parts usage and corrective maintenance reporting from the vendors
- Coordinate with regional team to record permanent/temporary asset movement
- Populate unavailable spare parts and report back to O&M departmental spare parts control
- Verify with O&M vendors and WH to track spare parts return
- Work closely with O&M departmental asset control and assist departmental asset control
- Other suitable jobs assigned by the management if required
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder (preferred engineering credentials EP, EC, Mechanical or Mechatronic)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in O&M support
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Advance excel skills
- Knowledge of O&M spare parts
