· Have a communicate and corporate with internal departments for Consign, Invoice and Advance, Expense.
· Have to prepare Contracts, Consign, Sale Order, Advance and Expense.
· Follow up Consign Expire Date, Contract due date, other advance and expense.
· Have to check consign stock in and out.
· Have to check daily email.
· Any Bachelor Degree
· Able to use SAP software is preferred
· Able to use MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet & Email
· Proactive and able to work under pressure
· Good communication and public relation
· Exprience 1 Year and above in Office Staff or related field.
