- Provide L2 support on CS core network elements by fault resolution of network and customer faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop maintain and perform L2 health and scripts is verified
- To ensure backup of all CS core network elements as per customer policy.
- Manage Critical Faults and outages in the network
- Coordinate with L3 support team for resolution of faults in timely manner...........
1. At least 3 years experiences in CS Core field and in Fault Management for Mobile Switching Network elements.
2. Experience in products ATCA MSS 15, ATCA MGW 16, ATCA MSS 17, BL460c Gen 8 etc.e
3. Have knowledge on (VOIP) SIP, IMS call flow.
4. Able to support 24 * 7 operations.
5. Excellent Written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
