•    Identify types of customer promotions required to enable upsell, engagement, recognition and win back  
•    Track business KPI performance 
•    Track member quality and migration
•    Track effectiveness of promotions 
•    Deliver great insights and meeting tight deadlines
•    Deliver great business-specific KPIs and programme performance targets.

•    Develop Dashboards, KPI Scorecards, Reports and visuals with Power BI on Business, Sales Fundamentals, Financial and Supply chain metrics to the relevant teams 
•    Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/ design.
•    Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
•    Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyse the effects and troubleshoot any issues.

Job Requirements
•    Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or 
•    5 years of experience in Business with at least 2 years in Data analytics or developing systems to support Business decisions
•    Expertise in MS Office especially Power PIVOT and POWER QUERY, Power BI etc.
•    Able to write DAX measures, and performance optimization.
•    MS SQL, SSRS Knowledge would be advantageous.
