We are looking for an experienced Dealership Manager to oversee all staff member of showroom and increase sales. We will expect you to analyze current sales figures, develop effective sales techniques to boost those figures, and train the sales team on the new methods.

Dealership Manager’s Duties and Responsibilities

·       Manage to overall vehicle sales operations

·       Plan and design sales and marketing strategies to present and future sales operations

·       Forecasting sales and analysis current market segmentation

·       Communicate to the Toyota respective team

·       Supervise on sales staff members

·       Coordinate between sales team and sales admin teams

·       Monitor and control receivable from customers as time line

·       Monitoring hire purchase condition with bank

·       Manage to road show activities to increase sales volume

·       Plan and analyze the BTL Marketing Activities

·       Manage to the inventory

·       Manage the Fleet Sales

·       Manage the Back Order

·       Manage and analyze the showroom sales and inquiry

·       Control monthly order request and rundown

·       Manage showroom environment & customer satisfaction

·       Combine and communicate between sales team and others team members

·       Represent the company at the trade association meetings to promote products & sales

·       Inquiry and analyze the daily Inquiry/ Sales/ OT report to Toyota respective team

·       Manage daily order taking, contract, back order and CIF remittance coordination

·       Submit to the daily, weekly and monthly report to Managing Director

·       Submit mid-month/ end month report to Toyota respective team

·       Resolve the customer complaints  

·      Manage and control the sales incentive matters



·       Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

·       Experience in customer relationship management

·       Ability to juggle multiple duties and complete tasks through creative problem solving

·       Outgoing personality and at ease communicating with our customers and sales team

·       Ability to meet deadline effectively and efficiently

·       The ongoing training of salespeople

·       Excellence ITC skills

·       Fluent in English 4 skills

·       Strong customer communication skills



·       Any graduate + Sales & Marketing Diploma

·       At least 2 years working experience as Dealership Manager  and  3 years  experience as supervisory  level in Automobile field. Total working experience will be 5 years.
