Min Zar Ni Fisheries Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for a qualified Deputy General Manager for our fisheries factory. According to the requirement of the work nature, we will be hiring a suitable male candidate.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager will have the following role:
- Assist the General Manager to plan, develop, implement and oversee company initiatives and projects of the assigned factory.
- Oversee and bear full responsibility for the full operations of the unit on a daily basis.
- Responsible for smooth Administration, Production, Maintenance, Security & Safety of the Unit
- Regularly reporting to the respective superior as per requirements.
Eligibility:
- Age 35 and above
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in a similar position or managerial position in Cold Storage line of work
- Must have managed a team & be a team player
- Preference for candidates with good English language skills
- Demonstrate good Leadership Skills
- Must be able to work anywhere in Myanmar (Yangon, Myeik & Sittway)
