Learning & Development

 To develop and implement Learning & Development Policy/ Strategy

 To analyze training needs through Performance Review, and development annual training planner

 To develop L&D Database for proper recording

Talent Management

 To provide professional orientations on Performance Appraisal to all staff members

 To make sure staff performance appraisals are implemented according to policies, and given

professional orientations

 To work with HR & Admin Director to establish succession plan for CPI Key Positions and

cultivate talent Pipeline

 To work with HR & Admin Director to organize specific trainings for those who are in talent

pipeline 

Employee Relations

 To develop programs on employee relations and other organizational initiative to build a strong

employee relation

 To make sure that Complaint Mechanism is well implemented throughout CPI Offices

 To handle all staff complains to issue in a confidential sensitive manner

 To work with HR & Admin Director to establish a platform/ platforms to promote open

dialogue and better communication to learn for continual improvement

Recruitment & Onboarding

 To work with HR & Admin Director and HR Manager to establish a recruitment system in CPI

and help with the implementation

 To work with HR & Admin Director and HR Manager to establish a proper orientation system

for CPI and make sure that orientations are organized effectively

Operations and Administration

 To ensure high quality of work of allsupervisees and develop performance and learning plan

for supervisees

 To supervise HRM, HR Coordinator, HR Officers, and HR Assistant to make sure the smooth

running of HR Operations

 To respond promptly and professionally to other HR requests from the Senior

Management Team

 To provide HR Support to CPI Offices in Bangladesh, and the US

 To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Essential Skills

 Master’s degree in Business administration/Human resource or related filed

 At least 5 years’ experience in related position

 Fluent in written and spoken English and Burmese

 Advanced knowledge of excel, as well as understanding of word-processing, and power point

 Exposure to NGO work is a plus

 Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills with attention to details, demonstrated

sound judgment and ability to manage simultaneous priorities under deadlines

 Experience of working in a multicultural, low-resource setting

 Ability to apply discretion and handle and sensitive confidential information
