- Maintain high value customers of MPT by reducing churn rate
- Review & Analyze monthly financial statement, forecast, budgets and cash flow and report with comments
- To manage on budget, contract, HR, internal policies, training arrangements etc without compliance issues
- Ensure all operation cost are under control
- Understand ERP transformations
- To initiate unified promotion quarterly based on CLP strategy and its execution plan
- Perform annual financial statement, coordinate with auditor, external audit
- Able to maintain the highest levels of personal and professional behavior in the work place
- Producing monthly financial reports related to budget, forecast ,expenses, annual financial statements, etc.

- Certificate in Business Management
- Computer literacy for reports, results and details of customer interaction

- Exposure to financial system such as SAP/ERP
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Above 3 years experience in financial related field (+HR management for non-HR)
- Prefer candidates who experienced government/non-government organization culture
