Job Description
 Develop digital marketing strategy including e-commerce, SEO/SEM, email, social media
and display advertising.
 Develop monthly content strategy including promotional, seasonal and other internal
organization activities and work closely with designer for the development of the
creatives
 Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels with optimal reach and
frequency.
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns monthly, and assess
against goals (ROI and KPIs) and conversion tests.
 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
 Work closely with internal trade marketing team for monthly promotional content plan.
 Collaborate with e-commerce websites to create landing pages and optimize user
experience.
 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners by developing the practice and
performance of the partners.
 Work closely with design team to develop the visual of official e-commerce websites
and keep up-to-date about product on BRAND’S Myanmar Facebook Page Official Store.
 Update and align the visual of all platforms including FB, Youtube and E-Commerce
Website based on the launch of new product and seasonal activities.
 Lead CRM team to find the optimal solutions for customer enquiries & complaints.

Job Specification
 At least 5 years of proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
 Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
 Excellent skills and experience in creative content writing
 Analytical mindset and critical thinking
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Good in Microsoft Office and English communication skills
 Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

Working days - Monday to Friday , Weekend and Public Holiday Close
Working Hour - 8:30AM to 5:30PM
