E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

• Upload and maintain eCommerce inventory movement and product listings on the eCommerce platform and partnering channels.
• Perform daily internet order and assists customers with product selection, answers questions, and suggests various available product options.
• Support Wholesales channel in purchase order submission, on-going customer service, support, and through relaying prospect information to sales team.
• Evaluate and report results and effectiveness of marketing campaigns based on sales transactions and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or relevant Degree/Diploma
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Digital communications preferable Home Appliance and IT/Accessories Industry
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Sales & Marketing and Basic IT knowledge
• Interpersonal skills and team work
