Responsible to collect and analyzing employee data and organizing and updating personal data for time to time change (especially for the workers)
knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and enable to analyses organization in house rule and deliberate the updated info to communicate with workers.
Counselling services to be offered whenever necessary, especially in case of dispute among superior and subordinate, threatening and misunderstanding for the unfair practice.
Communication with multiple level of employee for pertaining of HR policies, compensation and benefit throughout the service and code of conduct.
Conducting the exit interview of workers whenever necessary.
Liaising between management, employee and line manager by diplomatic approach.
Manage employee complaint (such as Salary variation, leaves, MC and OT claim, Pro long sickness related to industry accident)
Coordinate with the HSE department to adhere the accident and incident report and inform to HR department for further action and relevant claim for SSB and insurance
Non bias communication to any level of employee and superior relation and demonstrate the fair treatment to establish for anyone.
Bachelor’s degree with any specialization
Possess more than 3 years experiences in relevant field.
Must adequate knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law
Good communication in verbal and written in Myanmar and English
Pyidaungsu font typing skills is advantage
Excellent organizational and negotiation power and settling the dispute
Good problem-solving skills with large quantity of manpower and workforce.
Enable to work at construction industry and extended working hours whenever necessary.
Able to perform and report at first pace environment.
