Job Requirement

  
    BE in Electrical/Telecommunications/ Electronics/IT or equivalent from a recognized engineering university with At least 5 years experient in radio communication field.
    Good Communication in elglish & Interpersonal skills.
Known well and familiar with wireless technology such as LTE,5G,WiFi
known well theorically about radio communication
    Good knowledge in troubleshouting, optimization on wireless network performance
Good knowledge on planning, analyzing and drive test tools
Good knowledge on wireless protocol, standard, and technical specification
Good in managing tasks, shcedule, planning, and decision making
    Knowledge on wire communication, routing, switching and EPC network is an advantage

Job Description

    Monitoring network performance and upgrading resources whenever required.

    Initiation and Cooperating with the vendor for the new product, wireless technology including 4G,5G,PTP,PMP

Site planning based on coverage requirement, proposing required site for purchasing

Radio Planning, Analyzing Drive Test results, tuning, and optimization of the RAN.

Manage tasks and schedule to deliver LTE project on time.

work with equipment vendor for troubleshouting on any technical issue regarding RAN
