လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်သတ်မှတ်ချက်

( 1 )  Manage and overall control the financing and accounting process

( 2 )  Manage, prepare and file the necessary annual tax forms according to company and government policies

( 3 )  Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial reports, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow

( 4 )  Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

( 5 )  Analyze monthly budgeting and accounting reports about to control expenditure

( 6 )  Analyze financial statements, conduct cost/ benefit analysis and identify areas of weakness

( 7 )  Analyze the financial operation and risk report to present to top management

( 8 )  Analyze and classify risks of investments to determine potential impacts upon company

( 9 )  Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

(10)  Supervise to the annual internal and external audits

(11)  Provide insightful information and expectations to top management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

(12)  Responsible for cash flow and financial management

(13)  Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets

(14)  Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial results, budget, and quarterly forecasts, and completion of the reporting requirements and presented findings to top level management

(15)  Reporting to top management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted

(16)  Direct report to top management, financial advices and guide lines

(17)  Implement and guide to align financial related rules and regulations, and laws

(18)  Other duties assigned by Management


Other Requirements

( 1 )    Knowledge of rules and regulations of banking system

( 2 )   Knowledge of principles and processes for insurance and loan processes

( 3 )   Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles

( 4 )   Check and align the costing procedure

( 5 )   Check and approve overall expenses of organization

( 6 )   Check and monitor asset register for monthly, quarterly and yearly

( 7 )    Understanding the updated rules and regulations issued from Central Bank

( 8 )    Monitor and control Account Payable/ Receivable

( 9 )   Good time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks

(10)    Proven ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions in the best interests of the organization

(11)    Ability to tell when something is wrong or to go wrong

(12)    Knowledge of Business Law

(13)    Must have ISO knowledge

(14)    Able to organize and manage the multiple priorities of tasks

(15)    Good verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate clearly to others

(16)    Share to others to improve financial and accountanting knowledges and skills
