You will be the lead of our health program team. You will lead and be the subject matter expert in all health-related aspects with your assigned project (s). You will collaborate and partner with project and program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to form a cross-functional team driving Koe Koe Tech’s continued growth. You will be an enthusiastic projects driven professional whose work will focus on ensuring the quality of all Koe Koe Tech products are develop, implement and deliver efficiently.
Work closely with management to provide strategic vision, direction, and leadership to health program department
Meeting with new and current partners including NGOs, INGOs, hospitals, ministries, lawyers, and law associations to support client engagements and establish new partnerships
Meeting stakeholders nationwide
Working closely with the software engineering team and managing health application and products
Presentation and reporting to project’s progress
Lead the programme’s strategic, financial, and operational planning, including the annual work planning process, and development of an appropriate exit strategy (if necessary).
Ensure that efficient systems to support all aspects of the health programme (including financial oversight, capacity building, performance monitoring and reporting) are in place and support the effective use of programme resources in compliance with donor regulations and policies.
Supervise the health program team to ensure delivery of agreed upon objectives.
Ensure detailed implementation plans for each of the components of the programme are in place and qualitatively monitor their delivery.
Provide oversight of programme expenditure to ensure it is on track and being used efficiently.
Willingness to travel as required
Desired Skills And Experience:
A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
A thorough understanding of health sector, and development sectors.
At least five (3) years of senior management experience.
Proven ability to think strategically, to analyse complex information and offer creative, practical and high-impact solutions.
Proven experience in working with partner organisations in development work, including working with NGOs and CSOs with diverse organisational systems.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritise across multiple projects.
Experience working in a complex, conflict-affected setting.
Previous experience of managing and developing a team and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
Fluency in English, with high quality written and oral communication skills.
