*Set standard operating procedures and rules for all administration, HR, and work flow.
*Conduct staff training needs assessment (TNA), prepare periodic training plan, follow up on implementation, as well as coordinating all internal learning sessions and in-house workshops.
*Provides advice and support on HR policies and procedures to staffs
*Initiate and Manage all spectrum of HR and Admin activities related to Company
Design, direct and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development
Implement HR strategies and directions to support business needs.
*Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
*Monitor the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
*Communicate with other function and branches on staffing requirements, and help to identify potential internal candidates for promotion.
*Provide HR advice and support to all departments of the company.
*Review and revise rules and regulations, contracts and remuneration policy and ensure
compliance to local labor laws and other employment-related regulations.
*Setting up of Payroll Management & pay regulations.
* Manage employee data updating, attendance & overtime calculation, leave record and processing payroll.
*Conduct and arrange necessary training required for all and specific employees to build strong relationship among employees
Coach and train managers in their communication, feedback, recognition and interaction responsibilities with the employees.
*Manage and monitor the implementation of administrative process and procedures.
Ensure completion of paper and digital filing as well as securing administrative documents on all bases.
*Supervise the back up of all files at coordination level on a regular basis and ensure the filing of documents.
*Ensuring of well-organized and storage of stationery supplies, equipment and other documents such as policies, office rental agreement, letter in, letter out etc.
*Responsible for logistic tasks such as administration of vehicle, transportation, document delivery, accommodation etc.
*Any gradurate with HRM/HRD.
*Minimun 5 years experiences in related level of HR Admin field.(More preferable in FMCG industry)
*Age should be between 35 and 50 years .
*Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
*Fluent in English both oral and written.
*Excellent communication skills with employee and departmental key person
*Strong knowledge of Myanmar employment and Labor Laws
*Strong leadership quality with ability to work independently .
