Recruitment and Selection
- Monitor daily attendance, Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
- To Do orientation,policy training and internal training
- Doing rules and regulations according to situation HR/Admin
- Calculate the salary for all Emplyoee
- Arrange the Uniform List & Calculate the Uniform Cost and ferry
- Check the employee records update ,Leave record and employee personal file
- Prepared Probation period contract and EC contract
- Enrolling to Walfare (SSB) ,Income every month and Stationary
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and for all Department
- Organize seminars and events
- Take responsible for all the details tasks of Admin Department.
- Handling payroll for all staffs & Cleaning Team
- Communicate with Banks in need invoice and any other income transferal
- Handling for Drivers team and also planed for daily way schedules.
- Diploma or Certificate Human Resourse Management
- Proven working Experience as HR Manager at Least 3-5 Years
- Good interpersonal communication skills and cooperation with internal/ external staff for HR related issues
- Age should be 30 years above
- Strong leadership and must have strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour law
- Knowledge in HR Sofeware, Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Must have good team work and presentation skill
