HR and Admin Executive

Job Descriptions:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR and Administrative functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and Admin Manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor Degree, preferred Diploma in Human Resource and Administrative Management
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
- Excellent communication in English Language
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Very Good Problem Solving and Negotiation Skill
- Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work
