Able to perform local and the whole Myanmar recruiting for any level of position
Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
Preparing in arranging & coordinating for Recruitment & Selection Process
Process and track applicant job submissions.
HR function and continuing to develop open communication process with respective Business Unit's HR Department.
Any Graduate (Preferable with Diploma in HR Management)
At least 2 years experiences in HR Function especially in Recruitment Process
Good communication skills and can speak English fluently
